Dober dan, dobro do\u0161li u Hotelijersko turisti\u010dka i ugostiteljska \u0161kola<\/mark><\/em> – What sounds like a tongue twister is nothing other than the friendly welcome from our partner school for hotel, tourism and gastronomy in Zadar, Croatia on the Dalmatian coast. The school was visited by the SQV delegation (School Quality Understanding) consisting of principal Doris Schulte-Schwering, Erasmus coordinators Maria Vaszary and Henning Becker and SQV members Christoph Weidinger and Jens Gie\u00dfwein on the very first learning trip for educational staff after the long compulsory CoViD-19 break. <\/p>\n\n

The subject of our visit was not only the various training professions and the organizational structure of the Hoteljiersko<\/mark><\/em>but also a multi-day exchange on a central component of the school’s internal development, democratization. In addition to many best practice<\/mark> <\/em>examples, the team also worked on interfaces that could enrich both institutions. A continuation of the first joint steps on shared digital learning platforms was agreed as a target. <\/p>\n\n

In addition, a tour including discussions with potential internship companies took place on both days, so that further objectives could be worked on in concrete terms. In a reciprocal exchange, opportunities in Germany were also discussed so that our Croatian partners can carry out successful KA1 mobilities in Linz\/Neuwied and the surrounding area. <\/p>\n\n

We were also able to define important milestones for an upcoming KA2 project at coordination level, discover commonalities and thus develop content-related interfaces. A new EU project with our partners and learning from each other – European Peer Education European Peer Education <\/mark><\/em>– is no longer an obstacle. <\/p>\n\n
