BBS Alice Salomon at the Star March for Democracy
On June 19, the Alice Salomon Vocational School took part in the star march, a demonstration under the motto “Neuwieder-Schulen-für-Demokratie”.
The so-called star march started at around 10 a.m. and ended at the fairground in Neuwied. A program consisting of spoken word contributions, poetry slams and music was presented here.
A total of around 3,000 pupils and teachers from numerous schools in Neuwied took part in the demonstration last Wednesday, demonstrating their commitment to democracy, diversity and equality.
