Big reunion of international partners
Great reunion joy on the faces: On Monday, 28.04.2025, it was time again. The Erasmus days took place for the second time at BBS Alice Salomon and all our European partners and our partners from the USA were there.
Principal Doris Schulte-Schwering welcomed the guests:
- Kristofer, Susanne and Melina from Sweden
- Marjatta and Sanna-Mari from Finland
- Marta and Kinga from Poland
- Christos, Vicki and Evangelia from Greece
- Jose, Marco, Maria and Julia from Spain
- Lisa from Italy
- Jeff, Randi and Scott from the USA

The team led by Henning Becker and Maria Vaszary had prepared an exciting program for the visit. The main topic was the Sustainable Global Goals (SDGs), on which the teachers from the various European countries exchanged ideas. They also had the opportunity to get to know the region and visit various institutions with which BBS Alice Salomon cooperates. Of course, there was also plenty of socializing, whether it was cooking and eating together or on a boat trip to Bonn.

Maintaining contact with our European partners is extremely important in order to ensure a stable exchange. Last year, our school was able to successfully realize the following mobilities:
- BVJ internship in Italy and Greece
- BF 1 internship in Finland
- Language trip to Bordeaux for the Fachhochschulreife course
- Numerous individual mobilities of our students, including a six-month internship for Amelie in the USA.
- Teacher training
In order to be able to continue all of this in a stable manner, our partners will continue to meet at our school every two years, exchange ideas and develop further ideas for European cooperation.
Thank you, dear Henning and dear Maria, and thank you to your great team for your huge commitment!!!
