Career guidance made easy with 2P plus
We are delighted that our BVJ-S classes have been receiving five additional lessons on career guidance since this school year thanks to the 2P plus support program.
Practical professional orientation for new immigrants
“The 2P plus measure comprises one school year and combines practical vocational orientation with the promotion of subject-related and language skills. The specific projects have a strong practical focus and are carried out in cooperation with regional companies and with reference to the regional labor market, among other things. This is intended to strengthen the vocational orientation skills of new immigrants in particular.”

Pupil presents particularly successful project
“In the fall, we learned about the custom of St. Martin and the lantern processions in Germany and made our own lanterns. Our trainers also told us in which countries these customs still exist and why. Then we were given the instructions for the lanterns and the materials. Making them with the thin wooden sticks wasn’t that easy. But in the end, we all had our own lantern.”
