The goal of our one-year vocational preparation program in language is to enable students to achieve vocational readiness, transfer to a school program of their choice, or make the transition to an entry-level qualification or dual training program.
The BVJ-S is open to young people who are new immigrants and of school age. The school decides on the type of education the students will receive.
The primary focus is on learning the German language—depending on each student’s individual level—up to Level B1 and becoming familiar with the culture of German-speaking countries.
One school year of full-time teaching
Depending on language proficiency: 3-week internship
Upon completion of the program, participants will receive an assessment of their language proficiency at their individual level (A1/A2/B1).
The application for admission must be submitted in writing to the school using the designated form (available below or at the school office). The application deadline is March 1 of each year. Classes are held at the Neuwied campus.
