Our trainee teachers introduce themselves

Hello, my name is Mathias Weins and I have been a trainee teacher at BBS Alice Salomon since 01.11.2024. My subjects are education and psychology. I am really looking forward to working with the students and teachers.

My name is Sebastian Botte and I started my traineeship as a specialist practice teacher for wood technology at the BBS Alice Salomon in Neuwied on May 1, 2024.

After graduating from master carpentry school in 2012, I worked as a practical trainer and workshop manager for 10 years. From 2022 to April 2024, I worked in a workshop for people with disabilities as a group leader and deputy operations manager.

I am looking forward to working together and being part of the team.

Hello, my name is Miriam Kron and I have been working as a trainee teacher at this school since May 1, 2024. I teach the subjects of nursing and English and am looking forward to working with the students and colleagues.

My name is Yvonne Eberhard and I started my traineeship at BBS Alice-Salomon on May 1, 2024. After completing my teacher training in ethics/philosophy and nursing at the University of Koblenz, I am very much looking forward to gaining practical experience at school.
I am excited to meet you all soon and look forward to the new challenges and experiences.

My name is Anne-Christine Grab and I have been a trainee teacher at this school since 28.04.2025.

After a commercial apprenticeship and several years of work experience in this field, I decided to reorient myself professionally and trained as a housekeeper. I was then able to gain further practical experience and obtained a master’s degree in housekeeping. I am now looking forward to passing on my knowledge and experience in the subject of practical home economics. I already gained my first insights into school work as part of a PES job.

I’m really looking forward to working with the students and to the collegial cooperation in the team.

My name is Jennifer Blath and I have been a trainee teacher at BBS Alice Salomon since 01.11.2025. I will be teaching the subjects of social pedagogy and psychology.

After graduating from drama school, I studied education and educational science at the University of Koblenz. I was then able to gain several years of professional experience in socio-educational fields.

Now I’m looking forward to bringing my experience into the classroom, gaining professional practice as a teacher myself and getting to know all the students and teachers.
